Responsibilities: Manages player engagement, communication on forums, Discord, and social media, and handles feedback and complaints. Skills: Communication, conflict resolution, social media management, and community building.
Graphic Designer
Responsibilities: Creates visual content for the website, promotional materials, custom items, and in-game graphics. Skills: Graphic design, UI/UX design, familiarity with MU Online’s aesthetic.
Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities: Promotes the server, attracts new players, manages advertising campaigns, and ensures good exposure on relevant platforms. Skills: Marketing strategy, SEO, social media management, and community outreach.
Support Team
Responsibilities: Provides player support for technical issues, account problems, and inquiries via tickets or live chat. Skills: Customer service, troubleshooting, and patience.
